Two beautiful velvety hawk moths with serious names - Acosmeryx shervillii (left) and Acosmeryx sericeus (right) from the Sphingidae family. They were photographed at the Nest on Maxwell Hills, Malaysia
A handsome Silver-breasted broadbill, shot at the Japanese Garden, Bukit Tinggi
Rafflesia keithii at Ranau, Sabah
Oriental Darter, Kinabatangan River, Sabah
Latest capture by Chin Hock in Costa Rican rainforest. I wonder why this monkey needs a prehensile tail when it can swing without one.
Two 2m plus crocs came out to play today (22Feb'14). Easy to spot them from the main bridge of Sungei Buloh.
Find this photogenic shrike at the Plant Nursery at the Japanese Village.
